Our mission

With all the wonderful ideas and designs people send us, it's a wonder we don't call ourselves the Window Fun Factory.

Frosted window film has been available for many years, for the purpose of creating smart window decor for shop fronts etc. And the Window Film Factory’s mission is to make these products easily available to home owners and businesses alike.

Our philosophy is simple: give our customers all the practical and creative benefits of frosted film, with all the friendly help and enthusiasm you’d expect from a cottage industry.

Our focus today is on giving the style conscious public, the creative freedom to commission their own custom made window film. Our DIY approach ensures the customers' costs are kept to a minimum, enabling them to create unique and affordable window treatments.

About the owner

Edwin Harris trained formally as a Film and TV model maker. Specialising in architectural models, his film work includes the windmill for ‘Sleepy Hollow’ and the Kuala Lumpur twin towers for ‘Entrapment’. Edwin also project led at Richard Threadgill Associates, international architectural model makers, based in London.

Edwin created Window Film Factory in 2007, and also works as a freelance graphic artist.
